Job Description
• Collaborate with clients during shoots and edits ensuring brand vision is maintained
• Manage end-to-end post-production: editing, color grading, audio syncing, transitions, text overlays, and motion graphics
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Teasers)
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects and maintain organized backups
• Work in a dynamic environment, contributing ideas for visual storytelling and trending formats
• Assist in studio setup, lighting, and content creation workflows
Client Interaction
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and feedback
• Be present during shoots to guide or take creative suggestions
• Communicate timelines and updates clearly with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 01 years of professional experience in video editing and camera operations
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
• Experience with audio editing tools (Audition, Logic Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and multi-cam recording
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience handling brand clients and creators is a plus
• A strong showreel or portfolio is mandatory
Work Schedule & Flexibility
• 5-day work week (MondayFriday)
