Job Description: Video Editor
We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Basic 3D Modeler. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and high-quality graphics, editing videos, and assisting with basic 3D modeling tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative content that aligns with our brand and business objectives. This position requires a strong creative flair, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website assets, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines across all design elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and translate them into creative and effective visuals.
• Ensure designs are delivered within established timelines and meet the highest quality standards.
Video Editing:
• Edit and assemble recorded video footage, adding creative transitions, effects, graphics, and animations.
• Incorporate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the final video output.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand video objectives and deliver compelling video content that effectively communicates key messages.
• Ensure video projects are completed within given deadlines while maintaining high production values.
Basic 3D Modeling:
• Assist with basic 3D modeling tasks using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Create simple 3D models, textures, and materials for use in various projects, including product visualizations, virtual showrooms, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to integrate 3D models seamlessly into the overall project requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Basic 3D Modeler, either through previous employment or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity with basic 3D modeling software, techniques, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Knowledge of current design and video editing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
