Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality educational videos for our YouTube channel and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
• Ensure all videos adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style.
• Perform quality checks on all videos before final submission.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing software and techniques.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in an educational or similar field.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of audio and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with educational content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects).
• Basic understanding of SEO and video optimization for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with creating content for YouTube.
