Location: Remote (for the first 2 months), On-Site in Jamshedpur (after 2 months)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. Initially, this role will be remote for the first 2 months, after which the successful candidate will relocate to our office in Jamshedpur. You’ll be working closely with podcast YouTubers to produce engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with audiences and aligns with our creators’ unique brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble podcast video footage into polished, engaging episodes.
Incorporate graphics, sound effects, and other visual elements to enhance viewer experience.
Work with podcast creators to understand their vision and ensure the final edits meet their expectations.
Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality.
Stay informed about the latest trends in video editing and podcasting to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, especially with podcast or YouTube content.
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and YouTube optimization best practices.
Strong attention to detail and a knack for visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both remote and on-site settings.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube and podcast content.
Previous experience working with creators or influencers is a plus.
