Position: Creative Marketing Designer / Graphic Designer
Location: Remote, India
Hours: Full-time, Flexible
Pay: 42,000.00 - 67,000.00 per month
(India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.)
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented Creative Marketing Designer to join our brave, creative, and highly ambitious global team. You'll be focusing on designing creatives for online marketing campaigns from concept to the final assets for various platforms such as Facebook and Google paid ads, websites, social media, CRM, in-app advertising, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce creative assets for online marketing campaigns, including paid ads, social media posts, websites, CRM, and in-app advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing,and project management teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.
• Utilize AI tools and integrate them into the design process for optimization and efficiency.
You Are:
• An experienced graphic designer with at least 3 years of work experience and a professional portfolio showcasing your previous work and results.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite with a discerning eye for art direction and image selection.
• Curious, creative, and proactive.
• Ready to learn AI and integrate it into the design process for optimization.
• Smart, direct, and a clear communicator.
• An optimist who remains calm under pressure.
• A master of multitasking.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline).

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
