Job Description:
We are looking for a creative Video Editor to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing the post-production process of our video content, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products that resonate with our young audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the editing of video projects, ensuring they align with our channel's vision and standards.

• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand and implement project visions.
• Edit footage into polished and engaging videos, including adding graphics, effects, and animations suitable for children.
• Supervise and guide a team of video editors, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Maintain and organize video files and archives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing software, and techniques, especially those relevant to children’s content.
• Ensure all content is age-appropriate and aligns with guidelines for children’s media.
Requirements:
• Proficiency with YouTube Algorithms: The candidate must possess a deep understanding of how YouTube algorithms work. This knowledge is crucial for crafting and editing stories in a way that maximizes viewer engagement and optimizes video performance on the platform. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using editing techniques that align with YouTube's best practices to enhance viewer retention, increase watch time, and improve overall channel performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on children’s content.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
