• *1. Video Editing and Production**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal purposes.

- Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed.

- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and websites.

• *2. Creative Storytelling**:

- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging storylines.

- Incorporate brand guidelines, music, and sound effects to elevate content quality.

• *3. Quality Control**:

- Review and refine edits to ensure consistency, smooth transitions, and high production standards.

- Conduct color grading, audio leveling, and corrections to maintain professional quality.

• *4. Asset Management**:

- Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, project files, and final outputs.

- Ensure backups of projects and assets are available for future use.

• *5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with campaign goals.

- Provide input on creative concepts, video scripts, and shooting plans.

• *6. Equipment and Tools**:

- Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and techniques.

- Operate video cameras or assist during shoots when required.

• *Requirements**:

• *1. Experience**:

- 1+ years of professional video editing experience (experience in hospitality or travel sectors is a plus).

• *2. Skills**:

- Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and storytelling ability.

- Understanding of video formats, compression standards, and delivery specifications.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements.
