• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in video editing and motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas and feedback
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of 3D software like Blender is a plus
• Familiarity with audio editing and color correction is preferred
