About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of video projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
2. Edit raw video footage into compelling and engaging videos for marketing, social media, internal communications, or branded content
3. Design and animate motion graphics including titles, transitions, lower thirds, logo reveals, and infographics
4. Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and design teams to understand project goals and ensure brand consistency
5. Add music, voiceovers, and sound effects as needed and handle audio balancing and syncing
6. Deliver high-quality final outputs in various formats optimized for web, social, and broadcast
7. Manage and organize media assets, project files, and backups effectively
8. Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, animation trends, and software tools
Requirements:
1. Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics
2. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
3. Apply a strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and animation principles
4. Show familiarity with color correction, grading, and audio editing
5. Work independently under tight deadlines without compromising quality
6. Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
7. Maintain a creative mindset with attention to detail
