We’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team!
About The Role
We’re looking for a creative Video Editor with solid Motion Graphics Design skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with video editing experience with a strong sense of visual storytelling who is passionate about editing videos and creating dynamic and engaging motion graphics across multiple social media platforms.
You will collaborate closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing team to execute videos and motion graphic content that aligns with the brand’s vision and tone. This role includes editing stories for our web3 and crypto audiences. You must be full of creative ideas, and be able to identify and turn around a shareable story quickly.
Key Responsibilities
• Video Editing: Create and Edit long form and short form videos for various social platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity and adherence to our timelines and guidelines.
• Motion Design: develop and produce motion graphics for a variety of digital content, including social media posts, marketing campaigns, explainer videos, dynamic and engaging gifs, animated logos, and more.
• Brand Alignment: ensure all video and motion design work aligns with the brand’s identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style and quality.
• Subtitling all video content, and maintaining impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
• Working to deadlines and being able to turn around a project quickly.
• Taking our editorial video to the next level, by continually developing and improving the quality of our videos.
Our Ideal Profile
• Experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics Design, Animation experience is a plus.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere & After Effects, with any additional motion graphics software. Additional skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.

About You
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing and motion design work, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within brand guidelines, ensuring that designs and video adhere to and enhance established brand identities.
• Experience of editing content for social media, ideally across YouTube, Instagram and Tiktok.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with designers, content writers, marketing team, and another video editor.
• Be conscious of spelling on content and maintain impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3 or financial services, is also desirable.
