About the Role:
Narayana Business School is seeking a Junior Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who loves crafting engaging visual content. You’ll play a key role in shaping the school’s branding by editing videos for corporate highlights, podcasts, teasers, reels, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Edit corporate videos, event highlights, and promotional content for internal and external use.
Organize and structure raw footage, incorporating transitions, music, and subtitles to enhance engagement.
Motion Graphics:
Create basic animations, titles, and lower thirds using Adobe After Effects.
Develop branded motion graphics for social media and presentations.
Social Media Content (Reels & Teasers):
Edit and format short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Add captions, music, and engaging effects to maximize reach and audience engagement.
Create teasers and highlight edits from longer content to attract viewership.
Podcast Post-Production:
Sync audio and video for podcast episodes while removing unwanted elements.
Create teasers and highlights from podcasts for promotional purposes.
Add branding elements like intros, outros, captions, and subtitles to create polished outputs.
Collaboration & Organization:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project briefs and meet deadlines.
Maintain organized files and archives for all projects and video assets.
Software Expertise Required:
✅ Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary Video Editing Software)
✅ Adobe After Effects (Basic Motion Graphics)
✅ Adobe Photoshop (Image Editing and Enhancements)
✅ Adobe Illustrator (Basic Graphics Knowledge)
