What you will be doing?
Visualize & shoot creative concepts for brand campaigns in the form of youtube videos/shorts/Instagram video posts etc.
Manage pre-production, post-production & edit videos to deliver final output.
Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
Help content marketing team achieve their goals (OKRs) by creating top-notch video content
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in terms of trending content and concepts, even the latest memes.
Create a rough cut for review, then incorporate feedback, and then release the final cut.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
Work towards making video super engaging to Increase the watch hours for all the video content platforms
You Should...
Have a great understanding of viewer psychology
Have creative and artistic skills.
Have hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Lightworks, and Premier.
Have a passion for storytelling, and strategic thinking, and take pride in understanding target audiences and what motivates them.
Have excellent planning and organization skills.
Candidate must have strong motion graphics skills, as the role involves creating a high volume of product, animated, and explainer videos.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
