Description:
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high quality internal-facing motion graphics and videos, as well as contributing to video initiatives for our Sales team.

• What you’ll do:
• Motion Graphics and Video Editing
- Develop and deliver visually compelling motion graphics, graphic elements, videos, illustrations, title design and lower thirds that reflect Gartner’s corporate brand guidelines and industry best practices
- Seamlessly integrate and edit video elements into motion graphics design and execution
- Translate internal client objectives into compelling, creative motion graphic solutions and videos
- Support peers and senior-level artists for collaborative or other larger projects
- Collaborate closely with peers, clients and senior-level artists in our Creative Center of Excellence organization
- Share passion for great design through motion graphics, animation and video
- Ensure motion graphics solutions support specific storytelling needs of multimedia projects
- Multitask on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years design/animation/video editing experience in corporate, agency or broadcast organizations
- Expert concept, design and motion graphics skills with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or Alternatives include Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Refined sense of animation, particularly relating to typography, infographics and logo use
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and share skills with motion graphic team members
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly adjust to new situations and maintain focus to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills: very customer and service focused
- Expert skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable to partner, influence and build a trust-based, value-added relationships with senior sales leaders
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
- A proactive thinker who thrives on using data to tell a story with actionable insights.
