Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), CorelDraw, Figma, or other similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical users.
Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging YouTube-ready videos.
Add graphics, sound effects, music, and transitions as needed.
Ensure proper pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies.
Perform color correction, audio balancing, and overall video polishing.
Optimize videos for YouTube (thumbnails, formatting, aspect ratios).
Stay updated with YouTube trends and content styles.
