Designation: Video Editor
Job Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai
Job Profile:
· Creatively shoot and record music videos, documentaries, or any other events
· Receiving & making a creative brief, and maybe an outline of footage and/or a shot list, script, or screenplay
· Assembling all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto drives in preparation for inputting into the computer for presentations and promotions
· Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer
· Digitally editing files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable
· Creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the program/film and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages
· Recording and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video.
· Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
· Effectively plan, upload, and organize YouTube channels
· Discuss filming and editing techniques with the management to improve a scene.
· Add visual appeal & design in content
· Creating internet savvy, Bitesize content designed to appeal to the modern social media & smartphone user.
· Proficient in 2D & 3D animation, GIF & stop motion video.
· Creative thinker & up-to-date with social media trends on YouTube, FB & Instagram.
Key skills:
· Video Editing
· Color Grading & Correction
· Compositing
· Motion Graphics
Tools like:
● Adobe Premiere Pro & Final Cut Pro
Other Attributes:
Creative mind and storytelling skills are a must!!
Knowledge about handling professional cameras and shooting live events.
Knowledge of Photoshop & Premiere Pro software.
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM
On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a week off will be compensated
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Salary:
· Rs. 20,000- Rs. 22,000 per month net in hand, depending on the experience
· Office work related travel expenses would be reimbursed
