With ad film Campaigns, social media mandate & extensive video content for brands like Zomato / Lenskart / OYO / Times Of India / Under Armour India / Ecom Express / Cult in our folio - we are looking to scale our video team. Join us to work on a variety of creative projects
KRA
Create high-impact video - from motion video design to reels, from brand video campaigns to ad films - create high quality, original and differentiated video design & slick editing.
Excellent editing skills - you should be able to conceptualise edits to uplift story telling.
Visualise and put together the right sound design / motion graphics, text styling, color grading to create high impactful videos
Be constantly researching, reading and upskilling your editing skills
Develop SOPS - Planning & implementing project checklist per client - to ensure error-free, timely deliveries - timelines, interdependencies between teams & client
Not limited to - your role will not be limited to video. You will be involved in and expected to think ideas for campaigns and direct video shoots
Eligibility
The applicant should have a degree/diploma in Fine arts or Mass media, - Film-making with internship experience with established design & communication firms, reputed fashion Publications or Advertising agencies.
Should be extremely adept at video softwares Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro
Should be up to date on DIY and AI editing softwares - Midjourney / Pika / Runway
The applicant should be up-to-date with latest trends in design and video design, viral content on social media, new films and even 3D design and web3 trends.
Great visual design sensibility is absolutely essential. But the applicant also needs to match it with fast turnaround time, enthusiasm, energy and capability to handle high work pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong planning and daily work management skills - be extremely organised.
