Mission of the Role
Elevate the visual presence of top-producing real estate agents by crafting cinematic, high-impact video content that increases property demand, strengthens agent brands, and drives measurable engagement across all marketing channels.
Your work directly shapes how luxury homes are perceived, how quickly they sell, and how agents win more listings.
What You’ll Own
You’re responsible for taking raw footage (property tours, lifestyle shoots, agent branding videos, social reels, drone footage) and turning it into finished assets that feel polished, modern, and unmistakably “805Luxury.”
Core Responsibilities
Edit long-form and short-form real estate videos for property listings, brand campaigns, social media, and ads.
Create cinematic sequences with strong pacing, mood, and storytelling.
Incorporate music, color grading, motion graphics, captions, and transitions suitable for the luxury market.
Collaborate with Creative Director, videographers, and photographers to maintain brand consistency.
Deliver multiple versions of each asset (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, MLS-compliant, ad formats).
Manage project timelines, revisions, and delivery deadlines.
Maintain an organized project library with naming conventions and file management standards.
Stay current with editing trends in luxury real estate and high-end lifestyle marketing.
What You Need to SucceedExperience & Skills
2–5+ years of professional video editing experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury, lifestyle, or high-end brand work.
Expert-level proficiency in Final Cut Pro (DaVinci Resolve and After Effects are a plus).
Strong color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics capabilities.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a premium, cinematic aesthetic.
Comfort working under tight deadlines with multiple projects at once.

Compensation
Full-Time Role or Contract Position (depending on candidate)
