About the job:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our Design team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our visual content. Reporting to the Head of Visual Content, you will be responsible for crafting compelling videos that align with our brand and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
KRAs: Video Editing: Edit raw video footage to create engaging and polished video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. Ensure seamless transitions, proper pacing, and visual coherence to enhance storytelling and captivate the audience.
KPI: Quality and creativity of edited video content. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the account manager, and clients to understand project objectives, provide creative input, and bring creative visions to life. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and offer suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of video projects.
KPI: Contribution to creative ideation and execution. Post-Production: Enhance video content with visual effects, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to elevate the overall production value and reinforce brand identity.
Ensure consistency in visual style, branding guidelines, and messaging across all video deliverables.
KPI: Consistency and professionalism in post-production work. Technical Proficiency: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and software tools in video editing and post-production. Continuously improve technical skills and explore new creative possibilities to enhance video content.
KPI: Proficiency in video editing software and adoption of new techniques.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of final video deliverables. Address any errors, issues, or discrepancies promptly and effectively to meet client expectations and maintain project standards.
KPI: Accuracy and quality of final video deliverables.
