We’re seeking a Video Editor with agency experience to craft high-converting performance ads for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. If you have a passion for storytelling, visual effects, and direct-response editing, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
???? Performance Ad Editing – Edit and assemble engaging short-form ads (15-60 seconds) for digital platforms.
???? Sourcing Clips – Integrate high-quality stock footage from Storyblocks, Pexels, and other sources to enhance video content.
???? Motion Graphics & Visual Effects – Create engaging motion graphics and dynamic overlays to boost ad effectiveness.
???? Optimizing for Engagement & Conversions – Apply editing techniques that maximize retention, pacing, and call-to-action effectiveness.
???? Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of ad trends and social media algorithms to keep content fresh and engaging.
Requirements:
???? Minimum 1 year of agency experience (working on digital/social media ads).
???? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (motion graphics preferred).
???? Strong understanding of performance-based editing (hook, problem, solution, CTA).
???? Experience with A/B testing ad creatives and engagement optimization.
???? Familiarity with UGC-style ad editing and storytelling techniques.
???? Basic knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop (for text overlays and minor design tweaks).
???? Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
???? Portfolio Required – Share samples of performance ads or short-form digital content.
