Luma Visuals is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for 1-2 creative video editors to join our team!

This is perfect for someone with the basics down who’s ready to level up their skills, work on fun real estate content, and grow within a young, dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:

Creative mindset — we love editors who bring new ideas to the table!

Fluent in English (French is a big bonus — most of our team speaks French)

3-6 months minimum editing experience

Comfortable using Final Cut Pro, or at least have experience in other video editing softwares.

Willing to learn new styles & workflows

Full-time availability (+-5)

Team player with attention to detail

What You’ll Be Doing:

→ Editing real estate content (short reels, longer videos etc)

→ Bringing creativity and style to every project

→ Learning and growing daily with an experienced team

→ Working in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment

Pay Structure:

Commission-based pay + client tips

Average earnings between $45,000 to $65,000 per year (depending on speed & efficiency)

Full training provided (no real estate editing experience or equipment needed)
