Bright Spark Media is growing fast! And we’re looking for a Video Editor / Production Assistant who’s ready to grow with us. We help 7- and 8-figure brands scale by stepping in as their marketing department when they’ve hit a growth plateau. And now, we’re expanding our own team to keep up with demand.
If you love production, editing, and being part of a fun, creative, high-energy studio, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Edit high-quality videos for YouTube channels, ads, product videos, and social content
Assist on shoots: B-roll, interviews, studio filming, on-location projects
Help with production tasks like lighting, audio, grip, and set prep
Occasionally start early or travel locally to capture the perfect shot
Work on a variety of client projects and maybe even a passion narrative project on occasion
Collaborate closely with our founder (former Director of Marketing + filmmaker) and learn industry-level workflows
Who We’re Looking For
Someone passionate.
You show up on time, excited to work. Whether that’s at 9am to edit a YouTube video from the studio, or grabbing sunrise shots for a product video.
Someone hungry to grow.
You’ll be mentored directly, learning real-world creative and marketing skills fast. Our last hire said he learned more in 8 months here than in five years at his previous production job.
Someone great to be around.
Positive attitude, good ideas, and a willingness to jump in. Our studio is stocked with snacks, we work hard, and we have fun doing it.
Requirements
Strong familiarity with video editing (Premiere Pro preferred)
Basic production skills (camera, audio, lighting) or willingness to learn quickly
Ability to work onsite in our Camp Verde studio
Reliable, self-motivated, eager to progress into a full-time role
