Responsibilities:

Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the brand's vision.
Reels Creation:

Edit short-form video content such as reels, Instagram stories etc. to engage and entertain audiences on social media platforms.
Add effects, transitions and music to enhance the visual and emotional impact of the video.
Documentary Editing:

Edit documentary films that explore real-life events, people or social issues.
Organize and assemble raw footage into a coherent narrative structure, following the vision and creative direction of the project.
Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video editing techniques.
News Bytes Editing:

Edit short news segments or video clips for broadcast or online platforms, focusing on delivering timely, informative and engaging content to viewers.
Work closely with news reporter etc. to select and edit footage that highlights key news stories, events or interviews.
Quality Control:

Review final edits to ensure accuracy and quality.
Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and creative projects.
Proficiency in video editing software
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
