Job Responsibilities:
Edit video footage to create professional and engaging content for online lectures, promotional videos, events, podcasts, long—and short-form videos, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with faculty, teaching and non-teaching staff including the marketing team, social media team, content team, administrative, academic, and admission team to understand project requirements and deadlines.
Ensure all video content aligns with the university's branding guidelines and quality standards.
Handle post-production tasks including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
Manage and organise video files, ensuring that all raw footage is backed up and easily accessible.
Maintain a strong attention to detail and creativity to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of the content.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio or work samples to demonstrate expertise.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong knowledge of colour correction, sound design, and post-production processes.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in educational video content creation is a plus, but not required.
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
