We are on the hunt for an elite Short-Form Video Editor—someone who lives and breathes viral content and understands exactly what makes a Reel or Short explode online. This is not a traditional editing role; we are looking for a creative powerhouse who can shape content that stops the scroll, hooks audiences within seconds, and keeps them engaged till the last frame.
If you’re obsessed with short-form storytelling, always one step ahead of trends, and can deliver fast, high-impact edits with an unmistakable “wow” factor, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Create Viral-Worthy Shorts & Reels: Edit short-form content that grabs attention instantly and holds viewers till the end.
• Master Hook & Retention Strategies: Craft edits that maximize engagement, using pacing, jump cuts, sound design, and dynamic visuals.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Understand trending formats, viral editing techniques, and social media algorithms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• Rapid Execution: Work fast without compromising on quality—timely delivery is key in the digital world.
• Enhance Visual Impact: Use motion graphics, kinetic text, and sound design to elevate storytelling.
• Problem Solve Creatively: Bring fresh ideas to the table and find solutions to make every edit stronger.
• Optimize for Platforms: Understand how to tailor content for different social platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to edit fast while maintaining high-quality output.
