• Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with the desired messaging and objectives.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos, incorporating effects, transitions, and soundtracks.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all visual outputs.
• Innovate and experiment with formats and styles to improve engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
• Proven experience in video production and editing, with a portfolio showcasing marketing videos and production-level content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual integration.
• Awareness of current social media trends and best practices for video content.
• Ability to produce both short-form and long-form content for diverse platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret and execute creative briefs effectively.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and composition.
• Knowledge of political or cultural dynamics in Karnataka is an added advantage.
