Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor at GrowitUp in Surat. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content, ensuring that the final product is engaging, polished, and aligned with the brand’s identity. The role will involve working closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, applying visual effects, incorporating sound design, and optimizing content for various platforms, particularly YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, vlogs, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts that resonate with the target audience.
• Apply visual effects, transitions, and other post-production techniques to enhance video content.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and websites.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Work with sound design elements, including music, sound effects, and voiceovers, to create a cohesive audio-visual experience.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm in video editing.
• Experience with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing video content.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, with strong comprehension and communication skills, is essential for understanding project briefs and collaborating effectively with the team.
• Experience in the digital media industry, particularly YouTube, is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
