Role Description: UGC Video Editor
Position Overview:
As a UGC Video Editor at Lunar Wave LLC, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our viral brands. Your primary responsibility will be to edit and create high-energy, engaging short-form videos for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. You'll work closely with media buyers, creative teams, and the Creative Head to ensure each piece of content aligns with our brand's voice and delivers impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
Create Short-Form Content: Edit 10–12 videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social platforms. Your content should be engaging, fast-paced, and in line with current trends.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with media buyers, other video editors, and the Creative Head to ensure your edits align with the brand’s goals and overall campaign strategy.
Stay on Top of Trends: You will be responsible for staying current with the latest social media trends, viral content, and video pacing to ensure our videos stay fresh and appealing to our target audience.
Ownership of Creative Process: Take full responsibility for your edits and ensure each video feels organic, high-energy, and designed to capture attention instantly.
Drive Conversions: Your edits will focus on creating content that not only grabs attention but also drives results like clicks, conversions, and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Video Editing Tools: Strong knowledge of editing tools like CapCut or similar platforms.
Experience in Social Media Ad Editing: Hands-on experience creating and editing content for paid social ads (TikTok, Meta, etc.).
Understanding of Viral Content: You have a natural knack for understanding trends, rhythm, and storytelling that resonates with a broad audience.
Passion for Conversion-Driven Content: You have an obsession with creating content that not only entertains but also drives clicks and sales.
Immediate Availability: Must be ready to join immediately and work from the office (Thane).
