Hiring for: Brand Scale-Up Inc.Location: Dasarahalli (near Manyata Tech. Park), North BangaloreDesignation: Video EditorExperience: 2-3 yearsSalary : 25K to 30K depending upon competencyResponsibilities:-Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising campaigns.Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing goals.Incorporate branding elements, graphics, text overlays, and other visual effects to enhance the overall impact of the videos.Ensure consistency in style tone, and branding across all video content.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and digital marketing to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.Collaborate with other members of the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists, to brainstorm ideas and develop cohesive multimedia campaigns.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Requirements:-Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing content.Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, with an understanding of how video content fits into overall marketing strategies.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and conceptually about how video content can drive engagement and conversions.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all video content.Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Bachelor’s degree in film studies, digital media, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
