Job Title: Video Editor – YouTube Channel Growth
Ready to Build a High-Impact YouTube Channel?
At The Growth Mantra, we're launching a powerful YouTube initiative to drive meaningful content and build a loyal audience. We're looking for a Video Editor who can take charge of editing, structuring, and optimizing video content from scratch to help us set up and grow a high-potential channel.
You will not just edit—you'll help build something from the ground up, bringing creative vision and technical expertise to craft impactful video content. While we're keeping the exact theme of the channel under wraps for now, rest assured—this project is unique, culturally relevant, and packed with potential.
What You'll Do
• Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos with a focus on quality, pacing, and viewer retention.
• Help set up the YouTube channel, manage playlists, thumbnails, metadata, and publishing schedule.
• Collaborate on content structure, visual storytelling, and motion graphics where required.
• Optimize videos for SEO, monetization, and engagement using YouTube best practices.
• Track performance of videos and continuously improve based on audience analytics and feedback.
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Type: Full-time (with growth-based incentives)
Stipend: ₹7,000/month (for the first 6 months) + Performance-Based Incentives (up to ₹1 Lakh/Quarter)
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in video editing for YouTube or social media.
Knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.
Basic understanding of YouTube content strategy and trends.
Good sense of storytelling, audio syncing, transitions, and pacing.
Creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven with an interest in building something long-term.
Willing to experiment, learn fast, and iterate based on feedback.
