About the Role
We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Shoot Executive who can handle both video production (shooting & editing) and social media posting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on end-to-end video content creation – from planning and shooting to editing and publishing on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for training, marketing, and social media purposes.
• Capture high-quality videos during events, workshops, and sessions.
• Edit raw footage into polished final versions with music, transitions, graphics, and effects.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and schedule content posting across social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video and digital content.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing and shooting.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of photography and lighting for shoots.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
