What you’ll be doing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Plan and organize video shoots, including scriptwriting, location scouting, and talent coordination.
• Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct and guide on-screen talent to ensure effective communication of the intended message.
• Edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats.
• Develop and implement video marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Work with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns.
• Manage video uploads and optimize video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and company website.
• Create and execute video promotion plans, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Utilize analytic tools such as Wistia, HubSpot, YouTube Analytics, and Meta to track video performance.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of video campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine video content and distribution strategies.
What you’ll bring along:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video production and video marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of creating engaging video content that drives business results.
• Agency background preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with video analytic tools such as Wistia, HubSpot, YouTube Analytics, and Meta.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
• Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
