Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Video Motion Designer. The Video Motion Designer will create and edit engaging motion graphics and video content to effectively convey brand messages. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, producing animations, editing video footage, collaborating across teams to align projects with brand guidelines, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the individual will manage video production timelines to meet project deadlines while providing creative solutions to clients’ needs.
Qualifications
• Motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in creating compelling visual content with a focus on storytelling
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and collaborators
• A degree in animation, graphic design, multimedia, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in video production, advertising, or a creative agency is an advantage
