Job Description
ASBS MBA is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Production Executive to join our in-house marketing and communications team.
You will be responsible for planning and executing video shoots across formats—including promotional videos, student life reels, interview-based content, podcast sessions, and event coverage. The ideal candidate is confident using both professional camera gear (DSLR/Mirrorless) and iPhones, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, and sound.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and shoot high-quality video content for:
o Campus reels, promotional videos, student/faculty/alumni interviews
o Vodcast/podcast-style conversations and social media content
o Academic and placement-related events
• Operate cameras, iPhones, microphones, lighting kits, and tripods.
• Set up podcast/video shoot environments, ensuring clear visuals and audio.
• Travel to ASBS MBA campuses (e.g., Jogeshwari, Kurla, Nerul, Vashi) for scheduled shoots.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Support post-production by organizing and labeling footage for editors.
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in video shooting and basic production
• Proficient with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.)
• Skilled in iPhone shooting, including cinematic mode and handheld setups
• Familiar with lapel mics, podcast mics, and lighting techniques
• Ability to shoot both vertical and horizontal content formats
Nice to Have
• Basic video editing in CapCut, Premiere Rush, or VN
• Experience with podcast setups or multi-camera formats
• Showreel or portfolio links (Instagram, YouTube, Google Drive, etc.)
