We are seeking a Video Production Coordinator to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating video shoots that align with our marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot Coordination: Schedule and oversee video shoots, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Team Management: Work closely with videographers, editors, and creative teams to execute projects smoothly.
Location & Equipment Logistics: Arrange locations, permits, and ensure required equipment is available.
Talent Coordination: Organize casting calls, manage schedules for actors/influencers, and handle communications.
Budget Oversight: Track expenses and maintain cost-effective production.
Post-Production Collaboration: Ensure timely delivery of footage to editors and provide necessary creative input.
Quality Control: Review video content before final delivery to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
