About the Team
The Operations team ensures the reliable, professional delivery of monitoring and response services to Becklar customers and dealer partners. The team focuses on operational excellence, rapid alarm response, quality assurance, and maintaining the highest standards of service across Central Station operations.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager, the Video Site Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of high-quality, timely, and professional monitoring services provided by the Central Station operations team. This role oversees operational performance, staffing, and service quality while ensuring key Central Station metrics and financial targets are achieved.

The Site Manager fosters a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Dealer Care, Human Resources, Training, and other Operations leaders, this role mentors and supports team leaders while ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently met. The Site Manager leads by example as a servant leader, empowering team members to succeed while supporting Becklar’s mission of protecting people, property, and employees when it matters most.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Central Station operations to ensure quality monitoring services and rapid alarm response

Maintain professionalism, security, and service integrity across all operational activities

Monitor operational metrics and performance indicators to maintain company KPIs

Use data and reporting to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize operational performance

Maintain accountability and professionalism through performance coaching and documented feedback

Support and mentor Team Coaches, Workforce Management (WFM), and the Scheduler

Ensure appropriate staffing levels through monitoring attrition, growth, and internal promotions

Partner closely with HR, Training, Dealer Care, and other Operations leaders

Support onboarding and successful transition of new hires from training to Central Station operations

Conduct regular staffing meetings to review performance and operational needs

Provide regular coaching and one-on-one meetings with team members to support development

Address performance concerns in partnership with HR through coaching and corrective action when necessary

Maintain Central Station operational budgets and monitor financial performance

Ensure all operational metrics, spreadsheets, and reporting are accurate and up to date

Reinforce urgency and accountability in alarm response to support Becklar’s mission

Support culture-building initiatives such as team events, recognition programs, and engagement activities

Remain current on Central Station procedures and assist with alarm handling when necessary

Be an active participant in Central Station leadership discussions and initiatives

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success

What You’ll Need / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field

2–4 years of professional management or operations leadership experience

Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational or service environment

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on follow-through and accountability

Ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple operational shifts

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Ability to learn and utilize monitoring platforms, telephony systems, and operational software

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address employee and operational issues proactively

Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

Must be able to read and speak English clearly

Ability to work 40+ hours per week and primarily support swing or grave shifts

Availability for operational support as needed
