Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, visually-driven Videographer to lead all filming and production efforts for a premier professional brand. You will be responsible for the "look and feel" of our content, ensuring every frame—from podcast episodes to high-level networking events—radiates a high-end, elite aesthetic. You will work closely with our Content Strategist and Editor to bring scripts to life through superior cinematography.
Key Responsibilities
Studio & Podcast Filming: Set up and operate multi-cam shoots for the "Chalk n Chat" podcast, ensuring perfect framing, focus, and visual consistency.
On-Location Shoots: Capture high-quality lifestyle and "Run-and-Gun" footage at networking events, business meetings, and professional seminars in Ahmedabad.
Lighting Mastery: Design and execute professional lighting setups (using Nanolight/LED systems) to create a "cinematic" look that enhances the brand's authority.
Audio Oversight: Manage high-quality audio capture during shoots (lavalier mics, boom mics) to ensure crisp, broadcast-level sound.
Visual Directing: Guide the brand lead on movement, positioning, and eye contact to ensure the most engaging on-camera presence.
Equipment Management: Maintain and manage all production gear, including cameras (Sony/Canon/Blackmagic), lenses, gimbals, and lighting kits.
Technical Requirements
Camera Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Mirrorless workflows (log profiles, manual exposure, and focus tracking).
Cinematography Skills: Strong understanding of composition, the "Rule of Thirds," depth of field, and camera movement (using gimbals or handheld).
Lighting Expertise: Ability to set up 3-point lighting and creative "mood" lighting for professional interviews.
File Management: Efficiently handling high-volume raw footage and organizing assets for the editing team.
Professional Expectations
Visual Consistency: Ability to maintain a "signature look" across all video assets so the brand is instantly recognizable.
Adaptability: Comfortable filming in various environments—from a quiet studio to a crowded, high-energy business event.
Discretion: Absolute professionalism and confidentiality when filming high-profile guests or sensitive business sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of professional videography experience (experience with corporate or high-end lifestyle brands is a plus).
A strong portfolio (showreel) demonstrating cinematic lighting and stable, intentional camera work.
Local knowledge of Ahmedabad for identifying the best outdoor/indoor shoot locations.
Pay: ₹9,758.48 - ₹37,914.58 per month
