Job Title: Videographer & Editor – D2C Brands (UGC-Focused)

We’re a fast-growing D2C marketing agency that creates high-converting performance creatives for emerging and established D2C brands. Our work focuses on relatable, scroll-stopping user-generated-style content that feels authentic and sells effortlessly.

Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a creative, self-driven Videographer & Editor who can shoot, direct, and edit UGC-style content that resonates with D2C consumers. If you live and breathe content creation, storytelling, and know how to turn raw footage into viral-worthy videos, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality, engaging UGC-style videos for D2C brands (product shoots, testimonials, how-to, lifestyle content, etc.)

• Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to bring content ideas to life.

• Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand video assets for social media (Reels, Ads, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Stay updated with trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Coordinate with actors/influencers/models during shoots.

• Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining high production quality.

Requirements:

• 2.5 to 4 years of experience in video shooting and editing, especially for D2C and UGC-style content.

• Strong understanding of camera angles, lighting, and sound.

• Must own a professional camera and related equipment.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Ability to think creatively, improvise on set, and deliver emotionally engaging edits.

• Strong communication skills – you’ll be coordinating with clients, models, and internal teams.

• A killer showreel or portfolio of past work with D2C brands or UGC content is mandatory.
