Job Description
Train faculties on professional studio camera handling, framing, composition, exposure, focus, and audio setup. • Train and demonstrate lighting setups and teach lighting techniques. • Conduct chroma (green screen) recording sessions and explain workflow. • Guide faculty on education-focused content delivery and lesson structuring for video formats. • Introduce fundamentals of direction suited for academic content. • Train faculty in Adobe Premiere Pro include trimming, transitions, audio balancing, titles, and export settings. • Teach basic chroma key editing workflows. • Provide training in Canva or Adobe Express for supporting graphic content creation. • Develop understanding of studio operations, equipment handling, file management, and SOP adherence. • Conduct structured 3-month training modules and monitor faculty’s progress. • Maintain calm, solution-oriented conduct while handling on-ground challenges diplomatically. • Submit regular progress and performance reports to the central team.
