Job Description
Reports to Creative Director.
Responsibilities + Duties:
Always be innovative, self-starting, and value team-based ministry bringing a positive upbeat spirit to the team
Responsible for High tier, high performance Events and shoots
Works with Creative Director to plan, produce, film, and edit videos throughout the year
Scheduling teams of video volunteers for Sunday, Youth services, Kids services, Wednesday Prayer Meetings and including but not limited to special events, ministry, and styled shoots when needed
Recruitment of volunteers and giving them assignments in project management systems
Leading videography Sunday service, Youth services, Kids services, Wednesday Prayer Meetings and including but not limited to special events, Pastoral headshots, ministry and styled shoots
Planning, prepping, recording, editing, and distribution of Video Announcements
Capture and organize b-roll on Sundays
Bring creative ideas and creative direction when needed
Initiate the rentals of equipment for special projects and return shipment/rentals
Cleaning and organizing parts, cards and up-keep, repairs, and utility of all video equipment
Training Creative interns from Oaks College and beyond
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above is encouraged
Experience in leading teams and developing people is required
Must be highly knowledgeable to work with Canon and Sony cameras and their accessories
High Proficiency in Premiere is required
Experience in After Effects is required
Skills in videography, lighting composition, digital framing. The ability to handle each event with grace and leadership.
Ability to recruit and lead a team of volunteers
