Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Videographer cum Editor role. The role involves handling day-to-day videography and video editing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography:
Capture High-Quality Footage: Operate video cameras and related equipment (such as drones, gimbals, and lighting) to shoot professional video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, documentaries, events, etc.).
Plan and Shoot: Work with clients, directors, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, and contribute creative input regarding video shots, angles, and scene composition.
Lighting and Composition: Ensure proper lighting and framing for all shots to create visually appealing content. Adjust camera settings (e.g., focus, exposure, white balance) as needed during shooting.
Video Editing:
Edit Raw Footage: Use professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, after effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to cut, assemble, and enhance video footage according to project guidelines.
Apply Motion Graphics & Effects: Integrate titles, transitions, visual effects, and graphics to enhance the story, and ensure a polished final video product.
Audio Editing and Syncing: Work with audio files, adjust sound levels, eliminate unwanted noise, and sync audio with video for a cohesive final edit.
Color Grading: Perform color correction and grading to ensure consistency in lighting and create the desired mood for the video.
Final Output: Export and format videos for different platforms, ensuring the highest quality and technical specifications for delivery (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TV, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Videography and Video Editing: At least 2-3 years of experience working as a videographer and video editor, ideally with a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility and creativity.
Technical Skills in Video Equipment: Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and sound gear, with the ability to operate and maintain them effectively.
Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Expertise in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools for both editing and color grading.,
