We are seeking a creative and technically skilled professional to manage the full video production cycle. You will be responsible for handling camera equipment, capturing high-quality visuals, and editing content for various platforms including social media, YouTube, and academic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage video cameras, lighting, and other shooting equipment during production
Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video content—student stories, events, classroom sessions, promotions, and reels
Perform video editing including trimming, color correction, audio syncing, text overlays, and visual effects
Ensure final content is optimized for different digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for storyboarding and script planning
Maintain organized storage of raw and edited video files
Requirements:
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording
Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
Familiarity with trending video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube content)
