Shaw Group Holdings is a fast-growing construction company based in North Auckland. We’re building out our social media presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram and we’re looking for a creative videographer / editor to help us bring it to life.
This is a part-time, flexible role suited to a student who can work around their schedule. Hours will vary week to week based on project activity and content needs along with your own schedule.
What you’ll be doing
Filming on active construction sites and around our operations
Creating day-in-the-life and behind-the-scenes content
Producing polished short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Editing footage into engaging, publish-ready content
Capturing the culture and energy of what we do in the field
What we’re looking for
A passion for storytelling through video
Comfortable filming in outdoor and worksite environments
Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Own camera equipment required
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
A portfolio or examples of previous work (even personal projects are fine)
The details
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Flexible and part-time, arranged around your availability
Location: Auckland based, with site visits as required
