Job / Role Purpose
The Videographer & AI Editor is a creative and tech-savvy professional responsible for capturing compelling footage and transforming raw content into polished, high-quality videos that showcase the elegance and craftsmanship of our jewelry collections. You will work closely with the creative team to bring the brand's vision to life, ensuring each video aligns with marketing objectives and visually communicates the brand's premium quality. This hybrid role combines videography skills with cutting-edge AI editing tools to enhance workflow efficiency and deliver premium, platform-ready content across multiple digital channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for all stages of productionfrom capturing engaging video footage to comprehensive post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and incorporating motion graphics when necessary. Leveraging AI-powered editing tools will be essential to streamline workflows and enhance video quality. Your ability to create visually engaging content will be key to maintaining the brand's visual identity across multiple platforms. While the primary focus is on videography, editing and AI post-production, strong skills in motion graphics will significantly elevate your contribution to the team when required.
Key Result Areas
Video Production - Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content, ensuring the final output reflects the brand's premium positioning.
AI-Assisted Editing - Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI) to enhance workflows such as auto-reframing, upscaling, background removal, or scene generation.
Manual Post-Production - Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, audio syncing, transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
Motion Graphics - Incorporate motion design elements where needed, using tools like After Effects or AI-based animation platforms.
Creative Collaboration - Work with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute content ideas aligned with campaign goals.
Studio & Equipment Maintenance - Organizational skills to maintain the studio, equipment, and inventory efficiently.
Quality Control - Understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques to capture high-quality shots of small, intricate products.
