Role Overview:We’re looking for a creative Videographer & Editor to produce high-quality videos that resonate with Gen Z users. You’ll play a critical role in crafting the visual identity of our platform while experimenting with formats that align with social trends and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos tailored to Gen Z preferences, focusing on short-form, UGC-style content.
· Collaborate with the Content Lead to ensure videos align with platform goals and themes.
· Work on projects that highlight hiring, placements, and skill-building narratives.
· Incorporate trending formats and styles to create videos that perform well on social platforms.
· Manage video production end-to-end, from pre-production to final delivery.
Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of experience in videography and editing for social/content platforms with a Gen Z focus.
· Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
· Strong understanding of video storytelling tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Ability to experiment with trends and formats to create fresh, engaging content.
· Experience collaborating on content that integrates career-building or hiring themes is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
