Location: Twickenham, West London (Office & On-Site)

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

What You’ll Do
As our Junior Videographer & Social Media Marketer, you’ll play a key role in producing visually compelling video content while shaping our social media presence across multiple platforms. Expect to:
• Plan, shoot and edit engaging video content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop, grow and manage our social media channels, keeping them fresh, on-brand, and ahead of trends
• Work on high-end property shoots — capturing lifestyle, interiors, and drone footage
• Collaborate with clients, offering creative direction and top-tier service
• Contribute to storyboarding and content planning sessions with the team
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form video magic
• Keep an eye on performance metrics and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
• Stay current with content trends, video techniques, and social media algorithm shifts
What You’ll Need
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your videography and editing skills (essential)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform
• Confidence shooting on DSLR/mirrorless cameras, using gimbals, lighting, and sound gear
• 1–2 years of experience in videography or social content creation (freelance or in-house)
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
• A can-do attitude and self-starter energy — you know how to get things done
• Creative mindset and a genuine love for digital storytelling
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A full UK driving licence essential own transport preffered
• Based within commuting distance (under 1 hour) from Twickenham
Drone flying experience and a CAA A2 CofC licence is a bonus — but we can help train the right candidate.
