About The Role
Full-Time | Downtown, Vancouver | On-Location
We are seeking a Videographer & Video Producer with a strong team mentality and experience in real estate or lifestyle media.You will work directly with Jovita Pinto — a top-producing REALTOR® — and will be responsible for producing, editing, and delivering:The Video Producer will work directly with one of Greater Vancouver’s top-producing real estate teams and will be responsible for producing, editing, and delivering cinematic property tours for active listings, as well as high-performing social video content designed to amplify and strengthens brand authority and drives sales momentum.The ideal candidate has strong production and editing skills and is confident providing direction. You are highly experienced across social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, and understand how to optimize footage for cross-platform distribution.The successful candidate is equal parts organizer and creative — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and can consistently deliver impactful content that supports both brand growth and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Follow a fast-paced production schedule, filming luxury residential properties and neighbourhood lifestyle content across Greater Vancouver.
Produce, edit, and deliver various types of content including cinematic video property tours, YouTube videos that strategically showcase the unique features, design elements, and selling points of each listing.
Take full ownership of the production process — from concept development and shot planning to post-production and final asset delivery — ensuring all content meets launch deadlines.
Provide creative direction and guidance to on-camera talent during filming, ensuring messaging is clear, confident, and aligned with brand standards.
Stay current on trends and best practices in real estate media and social content creation, continuously refining techniques to enhance quality, retention, and performance.
Optimize video assets for cross-platform distribution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring each piece is formatted and edited strategically for maximum reach and engagement.
Craft social-forward content designed to elevate and strengthen Jovita Pinto’s personal brand, aligning storytelling with business objectives and audience engagement.
Work directly with Jovita to create various forms of shareable content, including listing tours, educational segments, neighbourhood features, and behind-the-scenes brand content.
Analyze video performance metrics to understand what content drives engagement, retention, and conversion — and apply those insights to future productions.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve production workflows, creative execution, and content strategy, contributing to the growth and positioning of Jovita Pinto Real Estate as a market leader in real estate media.
Manage equipment preparation, maintenance, and transport to ensure seamless shoot days and consistent production quality.
Maintain organized asset management systems, including file storage, footage libraries, and project archives to ensure efficient collaboration and long-term scalability.

Qualifications
Genuine passion for creating compelling, high-performing video content that is both shareable and strategically positioned to drive engagement.
1–3 years of experience in media, lifestyle media, or similar production environments, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and editing capability.
Proven ability to produce high-quality video content tailored to luxury residential audiences, with attention to composition, pacing, and brand alignment.
Proficiency operating DSLR or cinema cameras, along with working knowledge of sound, lighting, and grip equipment.
Experience capturing aerial photo and video; valid drone license preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required); familiarity with After Effects and Lightroom considered an asset.
Deep understanding of social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with the ability to optimize content strategically for each platform.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight listing launch deadlines.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel throughout Greater Vancouver.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on-location at residential properties.
Part-time - Full-time position based in Greater Vancouver, with frequent on-site filming across Metro Vancouver.
