Videographer - Key Responsibilities
The Videographer is responsible for capturing engaging video content focused on Aaron Sansoni’s personal brand, lifestyle, and educational content. Unlike our current event-based approach, this role will shift towards behind-the-scenes storytelling, day-in-the-life content, and high-quality educational videos designed to inspire and engage audiences across social media and digital platforms.
We are looking for someone who loves consuming online content from top entrepreneurs, influencers, and educators—someone who can bring that same level of creativity and storytelling into our content. Content Creation & Filming
More than just pressing record—we need someone who builds engaging stories into every piece of content.
Follow, learn, and work closely with Aaron Sansoni, capturing personal, lifestyle, and educational content that connects with a broad entrepreneurial audience.
Film and edit high-energy content that feels natural, immersive, and authentic.
Produce content inspired by top online entrepreneurs, influencers, and educators, with platform-specific execution.
Capture vlogs, behind-the-scenes footage, personal moments, and thought-leadership insights, making them engaging for digital consumption.
Record content with a specific platform in mind—crafting content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key social channels.
Prompt engaging questions relevant to today’s market and global business trends.
Meet and film elite business figures at international and national events, crafting narratives that highlight their expertise.
Manage filming for live content, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms.
Occasionally assist in editing videos quickly and efficiently, optimizing content for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
Bring creative, innovative ideas to the Aaron Sansoni brand, helping elevate content to a global standard.
File Handling & Workflow Optimization
Responsible for organizing and maintaining the video file structure, ensuring files are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible for the Video Editor.
Ensure a clean and efficient media workflow, making the pipeline from Videographer to Video Editor quick and seamless.
Communicate clearly and consistently with the Video Editor, providing notes on what was recorded, what is high-priority for editing, and what should be disregarded.
Maintain backup processes, ensuring that all footage is stored securely and redundancies are in place to prevent file loss.
Travel & Out-of-Office Filming
Travel frequently, including interstate travel up to 10 days per month, often with the events and production team.
Be available for occasional out-of-office hours filming—including early mornings (e.g., Aaron’s morning routine) and late-night meetings.
TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) will be provided for additional hours worked outside regular office time.
Additional days off will be offered when filming is not required to compensate for intensive filming schedules.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content that align with trends and audience preferences.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of content.
Videographer – Experience & Attributes Requirements
Strong videography, photography and editing skills with an ability to capture authentic, high-energy moments.
Passion for entrepreneurial content—must be someone who enjoys watching and analyzing top creators in the business/education space.
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
Familiar with fast-paced social media editing & shooting styles, creating short-form and long-form engaging content.
