Job Description
Team Sukhvinder is seeking a full-time, in-house Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging real estate content across all major social media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to be directly involved in showcasing luxury listings, building a personal brand presence, and executing high-level real estate marketing.
This is an in-person position based in our Brampton office, working closely with our team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Film high-quality content for luxury listings, team branding, and daily activity
Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for social media
Produce and publish content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, media days, and property showcases
Maintain consistent brand identity, visual quality, and storytelling standards
Coordinate filming schedules with agents and active listings
Manage and organize media files and content workflow efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content
Strong proficiency in CapCut or similar editing software
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats
Confidence filming people and directing content on the spot
Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize, shoot, and execute compelling content ideas from start to finish
Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
Portfolio or examples of previous work required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, luxury branding, or lifestyle content
Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and audience engagement
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and execute ideas independently
