Videographer & Video Editor || Digiaccel Learning || Gurugram
Digiaccel Learning is seeking a Videographer cum Editor to join its creative team. This role requires hands-on expertise with professional cameras, lighting setups, and shooting techniques, along with strong video editing skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and digital education, and capable of independently managing end-to-end video production for courses, social media, and branded digital content.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and lead video shoots across diverse formats, including marketing videos, podcasts, explainer videos, and B-rolls/BTS for events and daily activities. The core focus is to capture the learner’s experience effectively.
• Maintain high visual quality standards across all communication pieces. Set up appropriate lighting for different environments (studio, outdoor, branded shoots) to ensure professional-grade output.
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema-grade cameras; manage lenses, rigs, audio, and accessories.
• Collaborate with faculty and marketing teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and shoot schedules.
• Edit raw footage into polished, visually engaging videos- including trimming, sequencing, color grading, and sound design for seamless delivery.
• Sync and enhance audio, incorporate music, transitions, graphics, and titles as needed.
• Optimize videos for brightness, color, sharpness, and brand alignment.
• Maintain an organized video asset library and manage equipment inventory.
• Troubleshoot on-set and post-production technical issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a videographer and editor, preferably in branded digital content.
• Proficiency with camera equipment (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, etc.) and lighting gear.
• Solid understanding of composition, framing, shot angles, exposure, and on-set production best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related editing tools.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, creativity, and adaptability during fast-paced shoot days.
• Familiarity with codecs, video formats, and compression techniques.
• A portfolio showcasing professional lighting, camera skills, and advanced editing work.
• Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration abilities.
