About the Role
As a Video Content Producer at Accent Group Limited, you will be responsible for creating world-class video content that enhances our digital, retail, and wholesale marketing efforts across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams to produce high-quality video content that drives engagement and conversion.
Effectively interpret briefs to create video content that adds value, enhances customer experience, and drives brand engagement through authentic storytelling.
Prepare meticulously for each shoot, including scripting, storyboarding, shot listing, coordinating with talent, drafting interview questions, and conducting location scouting.
Oversee post-production editing, ensuring quality control of final deliverables.
Collaborate with the creative team to integrate graphics, images, and animations where needed.
Work with the Videography Team Lead to develop efficient workflow systems for video production.
Maintain studio spaces and video equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers.
Stay informed on the latest trends and technology developments in videography and editing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Film, and Television Production or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with DSLR cameras, high-quality audio recording, and engaging video content production.
Excellent post-production skills, including professional editing, captioning, motion graphics, and exporting.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
In-depth understanding of studio and location photography, videography, lighting, sound, and audio enhancement.
Advanced skills in Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar software.
Proficiency in video file management, exporting, and optimising deliverables for multiple channels.
